The Cessnock City Liquor Accord aims to reduce alcohol-related violence, antisocial behaviour and other alcohol related harm within the local community. In NSW, there are over 140 liquor accords in operation.

The Cessnock City Liquor Accord membership is made up of Clubs, Pubs, Bottleshops, Cellar Doors, Restaurants, Cafe’s, Resorts, Motels and Brewers from across the Cessnock local area command. It is supported by NSW Police, OLGR, Council and local health and government authorities.
